Thank you. I tried to re-install CS2 on my new computer but it didn't work. I got a message saying something about missing personalization and missing library resource, which I don't understand. But I have Windows 8.1, and I think CS2 won't work with it.
Thank you, though, for the information. I didn't know the activation server was shut down. I'll have to get new software, at a discount if possible (I work for a small non-profit arts organization and they can't afford much!).

Cannot update at least AdobeBridge for CS5
We want to install the screenshot updates for CS5 Design Premium. Unfortunately, the first one we tried, AdobeBridge, asked for ApplicationManager, and when we tried to run that, it told us to run SupportAdvisor, which no longer exists.
Why is this happening, and how can we resolve it? We have Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit, and our current CS5 components are:

Go to this site Install Adobe Reader XI | Windows
It has detailed step-by-step instructions depending on what internet browser you are using. If you still have problems, there is another link at the bottom of the page to try.
You can make a note of any particular step you are having a problem with to get specific help on that step.

Can't open InDesign CS6
I am trying to open up InDesign CS6 which I downloaded 3 years ago. At one point I did have InDesign CC but I never used it and canceled my "subscription" about a year ago. Now when I try to open InDesign CS6, it automatically takes me to the Adobe "Renew Subscription" window for CC. I have never had this problem with Photoshop or Illustrator and I used/have both CS6 and CC for those applications. HOW DO I OPEN InDesign CS6??

Hi Jeff, thank you again for your follow-up on my issue - can't tell you how much I appreciate your help!
I started with Photoshop version 6.0, then version 7.0, then CS2, CS3, CS4-Extended and now CS5-Extended. The confusing item in my purchase history was the accidental purchase of Photoshop Elements - I intended to purchase Premier Elements for video. Adobe was kind to allow an immediate refund of the mistaken purchase of Photoshop Elements (which was never activated).
When I spoke with Adobe earlier today, the rep from the concierge team asked me to read him the serial numbers I used to activate my CS5-Extended. He confirmed the serial number I'm using is exactly correct. That is why it activated my CS5-Extended.
Here's the issue. For some reason, THIS install of CS5 did NOT include a request for my CS4 serial number. As a result, something on the back-end of my install is now blocking any update of my CS5 software, including Camera RAW.
I've tried the following to correct. First, I "permanently" deactivated CS5 and re-launched the program which prompts the request for my serial number. Again, it ONLY asked for my CS5 serial number, which it accepted and again, the program BLOCKED any software updates. Second, I installed CS4-Extended on this computer (which, by they way, the install of CS4 DID ask for both my CS4 and CS3 serial numbers and activated). After this I deactivated ("permanently") and re-launched CS5. Unfortunately, the successful installation of CS4-Extended did NOT change my inability to update my CS5 software.
