Why, do I continually get," sorry there seems to be a problem with the down load process". I get this error (code 12e5) while trying to download adoble download manager! I am using firefox browser on the windows 8 operating system. Windows defender is running with smart screen turned off to allow application downloads. I was on the phone with adobe support for hours yesterday with no result to my issue! I am currently waiting on my support ticket to be addressed. I would really love any help that I can get from the community.
