you cant run the cleaner if you have CS6 and it was acrobat not reader sorry my mistake
the acrobat that is included on cs6 is that just an evaluation? i tried to re-install it it gets so far then asks for money or authentication if i put the licence that came with the software in it then asks for prox settings
