Change Trial-mode - Creative Cloud

I'm a Creative Cloud - member - but my programs starts in Trial-mode

When I click on "Sign In" - the only screen I get is to input a license number.

I have tried the solution:

CS6 applications in Creative Cloud unexpectedly revert to trial mode

Still the same problem

Please help me
