I bought the upgrade before Dec 31, 2012, when CS3 was still included in the upgrade offer. But I didn't get around to trying the install until today. Surely they didn't mean you had to install by then, did they? The language I saw sounded more like you needed to ensure your purchase happened by then. If this is the issue, I'm hoping they can provide a work around. Appreciate your suggestions.
