I have a new computer and have just re-installed CS5 from my disc. On screen installation message states "we are unable to start your subscription for Adobe Photoshop CS5 subscription edition. You will be prompted to start your subscription once you launch the product.
When I try to launch the product is just brings up the box to enter the serial number again and when I do this I just get the unable to start subscription message again.
