The Tetra4D tools for Acrobat XI Pro do not support Cocreate files, and I know of no third party tools that can read them.

If you can save from your CAD application into another vector drawing format (EPS, DWG, etc) then getting those into a PDF is just a case of opening them in Acrobat.
