Please download Acrobat 10 from : http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-acrobat-x-10-pro-reader-suite-direct-d ownload-links-ddl.html   and use the serial number you have to activate it.

Since you own an upgrade serial number, make sure you have the older base version serial number too as the installer will prompt you to enter both the serial numbers to validate before activating.
