Audition 3.01 worked fine for my needs for a long time and since this mess with the activation server, I haven't been able to use this paid product. I should not have to waste my time downloading another copy. And to add insult to injury, I cannot get the new download to work. I should not have to waste my time troubleshooting a paid item because of Adobe's "technical problem". Where are the instructions for a refund? Someone posted that Adobe doesn't need to care if we haven't upgraded these products for so long. Very well. I've been using the open source Audition with fine results. It'll be a long time before I purchase another Adobe product.
I wonder if this is a situation that the FTC would find interesting...
