Following a system restore to its original configuration and data, I reinstalled Acrobat XI Pro using an installation disc and an associated serial number. On the initial opening of the product, a dialog appears asking for the SN again and requiring selection of a product from a drop-down list. The list doesn't include XI Pro, so I tried some others. No luck. I can't open a pdf file or use the product in any way. Incidentally, I have no idea what a "screen name" is.
