I cannot get past the "Username" and "Organisation" Set Up box.
I do not know how to find out what to enter here. Nothing that I've tried allows me to advance past this stage.
I have correctly followed the process of installation through the 'Download Assistant', but I am stuck at this stage. ( I have gone through this process twice now, with the same result )
My operating system is Windows XP
What can I do please ?
