Thank you; this was helpful in identifying that not all the Creative Suite 6 fonts were installed on my computer. Any suggestions as to which is best font management utility to use on Mac (ie Extensis Suitcase, Font Reserve, FontAgent Pro or MasterJuggler). Thanks!
