Your looking at the installation log, the last relevant part. I have worked with the support team as well to no avail. None of their suggestions worked, or changed the installation in any way. So I'm going to assume that its just plain broken. Being the year anniversary since I reported this I had hoped that it might be fixed. Its just such a strange install bug, I have not issue with any other Adobe product. Including Flash Professional CS6. Thank goodness for third party products.
