Thank you, John. I have successfully downloaded and installed the program. However, I still have a strong complaint with Adobe. Given their promise they made in my order confirmation and their stated policy on their website, I should have been able to easily and intuitively re-download my purchased software. The site you recommended does indeed work, but it is not easy to find and most certainly NOT intuitive. I expected to find a link on my “My Adobe” page, but there was nothing there except the product keys. Thank you again, John, but no thanks whatsoever to Adobe!
