If your still having problems, first make sure the Adobe Application Manager is closed first, then try right clicking on the Adobe Application Manager icon on the desktop, go to Properties, click on the Compatibility tab, check Run this program as an administrator, then click OK. Restart the Adobe Application Manager, a box will pop up, just click yes, then run installation as normal.
