Can't update PS CS6 from 13.0.4 to 13.1.x

I have a Creative Cloud subscription. My Photoshop CS6 says it's 13.0.4. I know that 13.1.x is out there but the applications manager says all my creative cloud apps are up to date. Why won't it update to 13.1. What do I need to do?

I should add that I owned my own copy of PS CS6 prior to purchasing a creative cloud subscription. Perhaps the prior registration of the product is confusing the app manager. So how do I get around it?
