So I try to contact Adobe Customer Support via live chat. I explain the situation to Pradeep. His response: "This is a technical problem. Try again in 5 hours and your issue will be transferred to technical support."
So Adobe Customer Support is not technical support? And 5 hours from now will be midnight in my time zone.
This is very frustrating.
I guess what I could do is:
1. copy my Photoshop application folder and put it somewhere safe.
2. run the uninstaller from the original PS folder
3. now try to download PS from the cloud.
However, I suspect that uninstalling my licensed PS will not inform the cloud that I no longer have it and it's ok to download the one from the cloud.
Or wait until Adobe issues an update for licensed 13.0 users.
This is silly.
