Your choppy language and genuine absence of any "real" information will make it hard for anyone to figure out things. Start by running the Acrobat Cleaner Tool and try to reinstall the program. Anything else will require a better explanation on your part, but even then we can't resolve things you don't know yourself. It's your computer, you need to know how to manage its software.
