Having trouble using my Creative Cloud Membership

I have purchased my Creative Cloud Membership a month ago and can not install any of the "apps" on my computer. I have installed it on my Mac without any issues, but I also own a Windows and cannot do it. When I click on the app (Photoshop/ InDesign / Adobe Pro) it tells me it can not download it as I am not connected to the internet, but to get to that page in the first place I had to be on the internet. To get around this issue I downloaded them as trials and installed them without a problem. But now the trials are finished and they no longer open. I tried to click on "license this software" as I did on the Mac, then it asks for my adove id and password. I type it, but it takes me nowhere. It "thinks" about it for ages and eventually it only brings me back to that same page. (and yes I am sure I typed the correct id and password and I also tried reseting the password.) How do I get them working?
