Are you using any software for migrating PS4 from the old laptop to new.
Adobe recommends deactivate / uninsall the software from the older machine and then install it afresh on the new laptop.
If you dont have disk to install Photoshop CS4 you can download it from : http://prodesigntools.com/download-adobe-cs4-and-cs3-free-trials-here. html
But make sure you follow the important steps mentioned on the page before initiating the download.
