Please try these steps and delete OOBE Folder from the below locations

MAC:-

Please navigate to these folder from Go-Go to Folder and type

~/Library/Application Support/Adobe

/Library/Application Support/Adobe

Windows:-

C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe

C:\Users\(Your User Acount name)\AppData\Local\Adobe

Once you complete these steps please download latest version of AAM from this location.
