It took over 45 min. for the link from the website to open to the page where I could actually download the product, now that I have clicked to download the update it has taken 30 min so far and the webpage is showing that it is not even halfway loaded but I still have a blank screen. Other webpages are loading quickly, and I have already tried seeing if closing down all other pages helps it load faster, but it hasn't seemed that way. All other pages on the Adobe website are loading at a normal speed. I am using a Mac OSX
