Hi Kglad, here is the error message. I also clicked the 'sutomer support'. Searched the web. All to no avail. I also installed the support software, and it kept saying I am missing certain registry and restart pending. I restarted a few times. Nothing worked... Please help. All these may have happened after I tried to update the illustrator file. I am working for a deadline, and needing these softwares to work seamless. Kindly help. Thank you.
