Hi rachelrashley,
Please rename caps Folder from this location and then Relaunch AAM.
Windows:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\
Mac:
Library/Application Support/Adobe/
Once done Premiere pro CS6 should show up in the AAM.
