Thank you for your interest in this,which I am now hoping is resolved.
While I have not discovered what caused the error to show it was not there when I first down loaded.
I have now unistalled and reinstalled the software and all is well again.
I just have to understand how to use this as I have been using Elements 9 for some time and now on Elements 11.
