set up for callaback 6pm but no confirm just says press2 restart it again. I have paid now 2nd month and cant seem to get it to download. so no use . off to the school 4 allday -and hope i get the callback. maybe can get use last minute to complete now late school assignments? I'm not good with computers . last night tried but long to deal wiht just download installer issues than said we don't do tech support on chat. Too bad paying and dont have product - can't fix that. Wish there was a disk could buy, install and then pay monthly. Instead of pay for what dont have.
