Hi Adobe Community!
I am an advanced user that has tried every forum suggestion, every trick I know, and then some crazy ideas to get Muse to load and or Air to update. So far no go. I am beginning to think that the new Ap Manager doesn't install cleanly when ther are other iterations of CS Master collections installed on the system. I want to keep CS4 and CS5 for other programs and functions that are not included in the CS6 Creative Cloud subscription. I think that the Ap manager is trying to download Muse CS6 into the CS5 folders because when I use Revo uninstaller, even after Muse fails to instal, Revo finds an instance of Muse and the path is back to the CS5 ap data/oob files.
Has anybody found a work around for this situation yet? I would be eternally grateful for any suggestions that don't require complete reformatting of the C drive. It would take me 3 days to reinstall everything I need again. I just don't have that kind of time! >:(
