Hi Adobe Team,
I have installed Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro on my Windows 8 desktop computer, it installs fine but when I open any pdf document it crashes and shows this message,
"You cannot use this product at this time. You must repair the problem by uninstalling and then reinstalling this product or contacting your IT administrator or Adobe customer support for help. (131:4)
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software few times and updated with latest version of Adobe and Windows updates, it worked fine with windows 7 before my windows 8 clean install, could you guys
please let me know whether Adobe 9 Pro supports windows 8 or not, if supports how to fix this issue?
