Thanks, John and kglad. Further explanation follows. I need to reinstall CS5 because of a problem that has come up. Same as when you change computers: deactivate the old permanently, then download the replacement and activate it with the original serial number. I expect (?) to be able to do so in a straightforward way directly from Adobe as I have done with other programs numerous times. I don't understand the prodesigntools website, nor do I understand why the complexity for a simple download. Is predesigntools part of Adobe? I can't imagine Adobe doesn't provide CS5 for a reasonable period of time for those who bought it and have need to reinstall. Any advice/explanations will be much appreciated.
