Are you trying to reinstall Acrobat X Standard?
The prodesigntools link is to the Acrobat Pro trial and my understanding from Jeff Wright (Adobe Staff) is that:
- the Standard version installer is a separate installer to the Pro version installer
- the Standard version serial number will not work in the Pro version installer.
