In the future please migrate only your documents and settings and then reinstall any applications on the new computer. If you are very fortunate then the CS Cleaner tool will resolve your current difficulties. If you continue to face installation failures though then I would strongly recommend formatting, reinstalling the OS, and only migrating your documents and settings.
