The issue is that when I'm moving my mouse the background keeps changing from Grey to transparence. Thank, RS

However, just to clarify-the white background will be solid white. You will not be able to just drop your file into another image or program and see only the image without the white background around it. You can edit the transparency checkerboard slightly in the preferences (make the grid larger, change the color of the gray squares) but it stays a checkboard. I sometimes stick a white fill layer under the object temporarily while I'm working on it so that I can see it better.
