I checked your account and the serial numbers are registered under your account, could you please let us know what is the exact error message which you are getting while you are trying to install.
Please login to Adobe.com and double check the serial number, also i found that the CS5 product is an upgrade.
We need to enter the CS5 upgrade license first and then enter the previous version serial number.
