Hi sorry I really did mean LR not LS in other words Lightroom. I have never installed a Lightroom trial before except that I have tried to install it several times over the last two or three days - unsuccessfully it seems and so I guess therefore that you could call this another installation, in fact a third or fourth one. All attempts gave this same result.
