I upgraded my windows from 7 to 8 (and am wishing i hadnt) as now I constantly get an error message below. Image may be NSFW.

I have no idea what to do - windows suggested going through RegCurePro with very simple imstructions to click 'scan' and then 'fix all' - except you cant - you have to register & pay. Which strikes me as being a scam.
anyway if anyone has any suggestions - and you will have to keep it real simple & understandable language and NO tech speak - as to how to fix this I'd be grateful
