Bokin,

Can you just check if your Windows Service Installer is Running Fine or not?

How to Check, Here :

  1. Click on "Start", type "Run", and hit Enter at the RUN.
  2. Type Services.msc
  3. Order the list by 'Name' and search for "Windows Installer", Double Click to open it and choose 'StartUp Type' to Automatic and then try the installation.

If this doesn't work - Go to this location - C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe  and Rename the Folder "AAMUpdaterInventory" to "AAMUpdaterInventory.old" , and then

Go the link "Click Here", and download the latest Adobe application Manager Patch for your Operating System.

Cheers!
