Can you just check if your Windows Service Installer is Running Fine or not?
How to Check, Here :
- Click on "Start", type "Run", and hit Enter at the RUN.
- Type Services.msc
- Order the list by 'Name' and search for "Windows Installer", Double Click to open it and choose 'StartUp Type' to Automatic and then try the installation.
If this doesn't work - Go to this location - C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe and Rename the Folder "AAMUpdaterInventory" to "AAMUpdaterInventory.old" , and then
Go the link "Click Here", and download the latest Adobe application Manager Patch for your Operating System.
