The serial number given on my Staples receipt for the purchase of Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 - serial# [ removed by admin ] is one number too long. However the number without the final digit, will not work for the installation. I alternately attempted to use the serial number retrieval system but the redemption code is not valid. How do i proceed with installation when the given serial number does not work?
