Thanks for your help. Adobe customer service still sucks, in my opinion. No one from Adobe ever contacted me from my original help messages.
I went to the chat link and got some help. I have to shake my head, though. After getting the help, I still had no idea what, if anything, I had done wrong. They just made it suddenly work for me. And, after I logged in successfully, my chat was cut off, even though I had not answered the last question of the person assisting me.
Oh well, until next time, I guess.
