I am a Elements 10 user and was paying for the extended backup service. I received information that due to the backup change over to Revel I could upgrade to the next version of Elements for free. I elected to take the offer and downloaded the program and was issued the key code to open the program as paid for. I registered the program and started the file conversion as instructed. It seems to have downloaded most all my files but at the end of the conversion process I received the notice that the process had failed and there was a phone number shown that I could call for free help. I do not have that number now and it seems it is quite difficult to contact Adobe for the promised help. On top of all that I have now received another offer to do a upgrade! Any help will be appreciated.
