In case of lost serial number call adobe tech support.

Or if purchased from 3rd party give your redemption code to tech representative.

You need to give us more info about what you are looking for.

 

You could update the software like PS and Camera raw will be patched to the latest version.

Do you have the suite like Master collection or these are individual product ?

 

For the suite, if you de-activate one product then the complete suite is de-activated, however individual product need to be de-activated.

It's not the suite; it's a single product.  And the whole problem is that I can't deactivate because that option is greyed-out.

I have a Creative Cloud membership. I have downloaded the programs from Creative Cloud. When i have startet InDesign and Acrobat it looks like I have a trial version. Now the trial period have expired and I can't run the programs. What can I do?

No, thats what I need help with. I dont know what to do next. It came with a CD and I put that in the computer but it doesnt do anything. Normally a window would pop up and say install or whatever, but it's not.

You do not activate trials to the best of my recollection. You only activate after purchasing.

Adding additional (new) software should be an "opt in" not an  "opt out".   This is irritating.  I don't always catch and uncheck that option during product updates (like Flash)
