No sorry I haven’t I went in via CHAT. No chat records received (from two sessions this early afternoon (UK time) or from subsequent call to expert telephone number I was asked to ring by second. All this was because I had no evidence of Synthetic Aperture plugin Color Finesse. I have since community forums run Creative Suite Cleaner and (just this last 5 minutes) fully re-installed Creative Suite CS6 Prod Premium. I do not yet know what is not updated or what preferences I have lost?
Despite this I have spent hours today trying to resolve what really was a simple issue.
I am desperately hoping my Lightroom4 set up is not removed or disturbed as this took me ages to perfect.
All three Adobe agents took my Email address and serial number for Creative Suite. The telephone gentleman also took my home address?
