I need to re-install Acrobat from the cloud - I download - but then the program will not activate - I'm told that its because of my other Adobe products that I've updated - (not reinstalled). So, apparently I have to deactivate my entire Adobe program suite that I've updated - which I'm informed will then require me to enter my Seriel Number. Where is this? Can anyone help?
