Hi JuliaChristine! I'm sorry, but I've tried it all. The latest was trying to open one of my pdf documents by right-clicking on the document and choose open in: Adobe Reader, and the same happens: The Adobe Reader starts, and then disappears, without showing the document. Thanks for the try!
