Did this ever get resolved? I have been having the same issue as GenoWales since January 2013.
ERROR = Error log file location: /Library/Logs/Adobe/Installers
This is the ERROR LINE from my LOG file (iMac 27):
05/09/13 08:50:05:459 | [INFO] | | OOBE | DE | | | | 807807 | ERROR: DF019: Unable to find the file to patch. Re-install the product & then apply the patch again. (Unable to locate file to patch at "/Applications/Adobe Extension Manager CS6/Adobe Extension Manager CS6.app/Contents/Resources/de.lproj/MainMenu.nib")(Seq 7)
What do we do to rectify this error?
