after buying and downloading PSE11, my harddrive crashed. how do I download it again to my new computer?

You just install PSE 11 and it wil lask for the old serial number at some point for verification. Ask in teh PSE forum for specifics liek migrating your catalogs etc., if that is of importance... Mylenium
