Danj70949275, if you are making a purchase of Premiere Elements, on Amazon, then please make sure to verify their return policy.  Once you have completed the purchase you should be able to redeem your code using the process listed in Help with redemption codes .

 

If instead of a code you are provided with a serial number then see Find your serial number for information on how you can locate and register Adobe serial numbers.

 

If you face problems with both of these processes, Danj70949275, then you may need to return your purchase.  This is why I would recommend you verify their return policy if you are making a purchase from Amazon.  Amazon is a marketplace which offers items from a wide variety of sellers.  For more details see Valid proof of purchase for Adobe products , Danj70949275.

BarcT, sorry you are facing errors when attempting to install Lightroom 6 on macOS 10.12.6.  What other Adobe software titles currently installed on the computer?

 

If you are encountering errors during the installation of Lightroom 6 then please check the installation log for the exact error message.  Information on how to locate the installation log can be found at Troubleshoot Adobe Creative Cloud install issues with log files .  Please post any specific errors you discover to this discussion, BarcT.

suzannet, like you and the OP I am unable to get Lightroom 6 to install. The installer itself fails to load and PDApp stalls and must be force-quit. Customer service via chat was useless, only suggested a direct link to the CC trial version which I do not want to use.

On hold right now [since 10:01 CDT, now 10:47 CDT] to request a refund of purchase as I consider the product broken/useless as marketed.

I am evaluating several other Image Management programs at the moment.

Thanks for the effort Jeff.

Only other Adobe product installed is Acrobat Pro v9.0.0 with Distiller.

As mentioned before, the installer never completes its load sequence. Progress bar moves all the way to the right, hangs for 60+ seconds and then the load window disappears. PDApp comes up at some point in the load sequence (in the Dock) but is unresponsive (needs to be force-quit).

I initiated a phonecon with support and have initiated a refund. It is not worth the effort to make this software work if I can expect similar problems down the road as the MAC OS progresses. Time to go for a different solution.

Hi I am receiving the following errors when attempting to install Illustrator CS5.1. My serial code is recognized, but the Disk Requirement Check process seems to be failing and I have no idea why. I currently have Photoshop, Dreamweaver and Acrobat installed in F/Programs/Adobe on my computer.

 

Would you please advise as to how I can install Illustrator?

if you have plenty of space on a non-networked d drive, create a folder (eg, programs\adobe) on your d drive and then install on d:\programs\adobe instead of d:

 

if that's a typo and you meant to install on your f drive, fix the typo.

Bonjour tout le monde, j'aimerai avoir Adobe Premiere, Adobe After effects, Adobe Illustrator et Adobe Media Encoder en version d'essai mais je n'y arrive pas.

En vérité ce sont surtout Premiere et Media Encoder que j'aimerai avoir.

Quand j'essaie d'en installer un (même si j'ai essayé que les deux cité plus haut) j'ai un code d'erreur.

I do have plenty of space on my F: drive. For whatever reason, the installer diskpace program seems to be referencing the D: drive even though the F: drive is selected.

Jmtornetta, you will need to remove the current Creative Suite 5.5 Web Premium if you want to install Illustrator to a different location.

 

Please also be aware you will need sufficient disk space on the primary partition that contains the operating system.  Shared components and temp files will continue to be placed on the primary OS drive regardless of custom install choice.

AZERTY62130, what other Adobe applications are currently installed on the computer?  What version of Windows are you installing on?  Are you beginning the process by installing the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application as discussed in Learn how to download your Adobe Creative Cloud apps ?

Am having the same deactivation problem, Dreamweaver CS 4. Connection to internet is active. Also deactivating & will uninstall from a 2008 Mac laptop that I am "retiring," moving other selected files to a "new" (used, refurbished) 2015 laptop. Do not plan on reactivating DW as I took down my web site.

Since one of the possible issues is described as "installed on too many computers," I wonder if Adobe picks up backup copies for computers and considers them as "installs." I backup entire computers (laptops, desktop) daily to external, removable drives daily.  Backups are done with software that makes the external drive bootable, which is a common practice.

I do not consider the "answer" for this forum an answer, as I don't know what "renistalled" means. ?uninstalled? or ?reinstalled?

 

My installs of DW are according to the license: One desktop & one laptop computer.

Mary Jod88840444, I understand your concerns regarding activation of Creative Suite 4.  Have you installed Dreamweaver CS4 on the new computer?  If so did you receive any errors?  If not then please proceed with the installation process.

J'ai désinstallé manuellement tous les logiciels adobe que j'avais sur mon ordinateur et non je ne suis pas passé par creative cloud, j'ai un fichier setup.exe

Adobe CS6 Needs To Be Reactivated After Motherboard Replacement

Recently the motherboard on my laptop died, and had to be replaced.

 

As a result, whenever I open any product from CS6, it asks me for my serial number.

 

I have the Adobe Creative Suite 6 Master Collection Compilation.  This includes both the Adobe Creative Suite 6 Production Premium, and the Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design & Web Premium. 

 

I logged in and entered the serial numbers for both, which I still have.  However, both give me the following message:

 

"The serial number you have entered has been revoked.  This product cannot be licensed.  Please contact customer support."

 

Can anyone help here?

Thanks for the response!

 

I'm fairly certain that I have genuine software.  I paid $900 for it, and downloaded it off of adobe.com.  I have it installed on two machines, my desktop and my laptop.  I've been using it for 4 years without a hitch until now.
