I cannot get the DNG to work with CS3 after an update of Win_8. I cannot afford a later version of Photo Shop can i get a copy of DNG to suit?
Can anyone assist me with this.
I had a Canon 500D for some years and recently got a 600D.
The DNG converter has work well until today. There was a Win_8 updated and the converter does not work any longer.
I am not able to afford a later version as I am a pensioner and have been for several years now.
The version of DNG I have is 7.1.
I have tried the settings suggested in the program

from the Download CS6 products page there are 3 files listed
In my download director it has Illustrator 16 content LS16 Illustrator 16_LS4
Then there is a 7Z file

again, what are the names and extensions of each file.
if they're both same named and one is an exe and one is a 7z, put both in the same directory and double click the exe.

I deleted the trial version, and logged into the second link you sent me. It’s not clear to me where to download CC. I don’t see where to sign in. It has my name in a box (appears I am already signed in) and a blue box underneath that say ready to buy. I’ve been to this point several times before but don’t know where to go from here.

Thank you, I have downloaded the file and saved it OK.
I will install it as soon as I get home. Thank you in advance for your prompt reply. Many forums only answer with rude comments, so I was a little reluctant to try Adobe's.

Download the LR 5.7.1 installer from
Mac: Adobe - Lightroom : For Macintosh
Win: Adobe - Lightroom : For Windows
Install then enter your serial number.

archive part of adobe photoshop elements is missing

Cornerpiece have you reinstalled Creative Suite 6? If you need a fresh copy of the retail installation files they are available at Download CS6 products.
